 In this course, we guide you on how to create a link between usability testing and interaction to enhance your think-aloud practice. We also walk you through all stages of usability testing, providing you with the solid foundation needed for success, whether you're conducting a quick usability test between sprints or a final benchmark before product launch.

- Recognise when usability testing is beneficial and when it isn't
- Understand the biases inherent in customer research
- Become familiar with different types of usability testing
- Understand the concept of interactions and their role in moderating a usability test Learn how to recruit suitable participants and elicit useful information (screener)
- Determine the appropriate number of participants for the type of test you are conducting
- Develop tasks for formative usability testing
- Draft post-task questionnaires and post-survey questionnaires to help benchmark experiences
